Jennifer Coburn is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the residence; providing leadership and strategic direction that results in a high level of care and service delivery for all residents ensuring their comfort and well-being. This includes overseeing the establishment and implementation of residence priorities and programs, which align to BayBridge vision, goals and strategic planning initiatives. It is your Executive Director’s mandate to foster and sustain a resident-centred culture at the residence.

Martin Warnick manages all aspects of the culinary service within the residence to provide an exceptional dining experience for the residents while ensuring the safe and efficient preparation and delivery of nutritious meals, snacks and drinks.

Selina MacDonald work closely with seniors and their loved ones to introduce them to all of the experiences and benefits of community living. Your Community Relations representative schedules tours, sets up trial stays and creates opportunities to help find a lifestyle solution to suit your needs.

Jackie Barron assesses the social and recreational needs of each resident through a resident discovery process to create relevant, fun and interesting social and recreational programs that reflect the unique interests of each of our residents. Your Life Enrichment Coordinator’s responsibility to build recreation and social programs that contribute to our mission of empowering our residents to flourish by supporting mind, body and spirit.

Rhona Allotey ensures that the health and wellness needs of the residents are met by managing all aspects of the Wellness Team responsible for providing 24/7 on-site support and developing individualized care plans. It is the Director of Wellness’ responsibility to implement, manage and evaluate nursing, infection control and other health related programs and procedures. Your Director of Wellness contributes to the move-in process and day to day operations with regards to residents’ levels of care and health needs.

Roshen Pun manages all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping within the facility to ensure that residents’ needs are met and the building quality, cleanliness and safety are upheld. Your Environmental Services Coordinator performs general routine maintenance, minor repairs and servicing operations and ensures compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

Alma Ramos provides administrative support for the Executive Director and other Department Managers for your Community. They will manage accounting duties and may assist with Concierge duties.
